Evening Core work before bed!
Core work before bed! Body weight core exercise (Sit-ups, Crunches, Leg lifts,
and Planks). Push your body til it fails!!! Let's go, 11 days left until the SHOW!!!
Good morning Day 4 of 14
Weekend schedule is just the same. I don't veer from my meal plan just the exercise.
I do about 150 pushups throughout the day and some core plus stretching.

Protein Every 2 hours
I like to get a good source of protein every 2 hours to fuel muscle growth
throughout the day. The choice in this morning is 3 Organic hard-boiled eggs.

Watch your form! Just going through the motions and throwing weights around
is not going to get you there. Its not about how much, its about how well you
perform the movement.

Fat Burn Warm up
An efficient warm-up is crucial to a great workout. Your body needs to prepare
for weight training and exercise. A jog or bike is what we use to warm up. We
have found at The Body Lab (www.gotothebodylab.com) that fat burning can be
easy once you know what your body is using for fuel and how to get the most
out of your warm-up.
